We usually admire Nastia’s work as a photographer. But this time she switched together with Sara behind the camera. Guido is a huge fan of her photography as well and the creative collaboration turned out into a fun and creamy photostory.
“I always wanted to go to Toronto but had never really put my mind to it. Until two weeks ago I decided to randomly buy myself train tickets and a few nights in an air BnB. I only was able to stay four days because I am still in school, so I had to wedge as many people possible in a day. Photographers, models, people I wanted to meet and things I wanted to see. I knew I had to meet Guido, I’ve been following his work for a while and wanted to get at least one picture of me in his crisp aesthetic.” tells Nastia about this collaboration. “I realised he was friends with Sarah and liked to shoot her and I thought that would be the perfect pair. So we arranged a photo shoot with Sarah and me as models, and then I got time to take pictures of Sarah. The shoot was improvised, unplanned and that’s what I love about it. We simply went with the flow and had fun. Shooting with Guido involved lots of laughter. He was able to respect my constraints and managed to create something amazing with the space.”
